Sometimes, when an intervention is life saving, even if it is as regular as a temperature check, little children can carry quite a lot of fear around it.

In the grand scheme of things, such experiences, although frightening, are not typically given as much importance. In other words, do we help children process these experiences that come as part of normal life?

Toddlers, in many ways, are similar to adolescents. They are neither babies nor children, just as adolescents are neither children nor adults.
